Philip as an Awakening Within practitioner uses a body-centred approach which changes everything by uncovering the hidden truths and emotions held within the body. The focus is on feeling and embodying what you really want, not just understanding it intellectually as our mids can tell many stories usually based on fear, here the emphasis is on 'feeling each moment' in your body. Most traditional counsellors and psychologists are not trained in the practical bodywork side of intimacy skills. Here you get an integrated approach drawing from wisdom of both Eastern and Western conscious sexuality teachings and practices.
It is totally normal to feel some fear when opening up a very important and sacred part of your being. Relax in knowing that I am truly here to support you in every way and a 15 minute phone de-breif is included with each session .
Many say they are interested in exploring new sensual horizons in their stayed intimate relationship but their partner is reluctant, so they are not sure what should they do ..? Start with an individual session or two for yourself and get a greater sense of what is possible by pursuing this. I am happy to share tips that can make talking with your partner about it more successful.
Recommended session time is 2hours plus, these sessions can not be rushed as the body requires time to open to receive touch and integrate the experience. Usually three sessions are recommended and along the way the de-armouring process will occur lightening and releasing various emotional blocks built up and held over time in the body tissue.
The seeker is in control at all times, it's your session, before every sessions boundaries are agreed upon to keep you safe and your experience sacred.
After a bodywork or coaching session a minimum of 90mins time to yourself is suggested, it is generally not recommended to go back to work that day if possible. Time afterwards for grounding in nature bare foot on grass or the beach allows you to integrate changes that began in the session so you can receive the optimal benefits.

This is a question I was asked repeatedly at the Health Expo I exhibited at last week-end as an Awakening Within practitioner on the Sunshine Coast. People had all manner of wild ideas ready to put forward: this really helped me understand just how little is known about Tantra in mainstream society.
One of the most common answers centered around it being all about sex and yoga style positions, or some type of cult revived from the sixties. In fact Tantra is fast becoming mainstream being offered by professionals and in health retreats in a similar way to Eastern Yoga and meditation of the 60‘s & 70's which is now common place throughout the western world.
Tantra is an ancient spiritual tradition that honors the sacred union of the masculine and feminine energies. Tantra is the practice of allowing an individual to recognize their sexual nature and master their sexual energy. By exploring their sexuality, an individual is able to identify and bring to the fore limiting and restraining emotional blocks. Using tools such as Emotional De-armoring these blocks can be released allowing new pathways to form. Tantra is a way of life integrated through all aspects on an energetic level.
The basic elements of tantra
Derived from the sacred Hindu, Tantra is Sanskrit from the root word ‘tan’ which translates as “to spread, expand, weave, continue, spin-out, weave; to put forth, show or manifest”. All life and every type of energy and matter including thoughts, actions and matter are part of this energetic weave as are our ancestors.
For the purpose of today six areas are mentioned...
Create a beautiful environment for making love and sex - make it a sanctuary and try to keep the kids out as much as possible. Remember to keep in mind a special day time space too (good chance you will both be more awake and relaxed).
Add elements to your sex life that heighten all of the senses: music, essential oils, sexy foods, feathers and silk. And try keeping your eyes open.
Explore each other from top to toe, in tantra, the focus is on the whole body and resist the urge to just touch genitals, feel each moment together, above all take your time.
GIVING & RECEIVING
Give from the heart and be open to receive, complete focus and complete surrender makes for better sex. Let go of the need to do things "right" or have a end goal in mind.
To focus on right now, do a quick sensory check: close your eyes use your breath and tune into what you can hear, taste, smell and touch. Then open your eyes.
Breathe deep into your diaphragm and down into your abdomen to activate the body
By bridging the gap between sex and spirit we can open our hearts to feeling new ways of going deeper and enriching our intimate relationships, experiences & communication, which naturally leads to happier h

NOTHING KILLS LOVE FASTER than expecting our partner to behave in a certain way in order for us to be happy … instead of trying to restrict their behaviour, the most fulfilling relationships tend to offer more freedom … the freedom to really be ourselves and be loved anyway.
Philip will be at the Health Expo at The Big Pinapple Saturday and Sunday 9-3 daily. Free Entry ..
Look forward to meeting you
